Welcome to Tarrington Lutheran School, where we are committed to learning and growing together. Our school is a family environment, where relationships matter. We recognise each child as having unique God-given skills and talents, which we are called to nurture. We are proud to be the oldest continuing Lutheran school in Australia. There are now over 100 Lutheran Education learning sites around Australia.

Our team consists of dedicated and passionate education professionals who nurture and guide each individual child within our community. Our educational program is focused on developing the whole child; preparing a sound educational foundation, imparting strong values and inspiring them to make a difference in the world around them.

We are a single stream Foundation to Year 6 school. Collaboratively, our teaching team works together to deliver a quality literacy and numeracy program, which underpins all of our curriculum. In addition to the other learning areas within the Australian Curriculum, every child participates in specialist subjects including Physical Education, Art and Language Acquisition (German).

More than ever, our society is looking for young people who are firm in conviction and values. We seek to instill the value of service, and provide many opportunities including student leadership, a peer-led fitness time, senior citizens lunches, student representative council (SRC) and more. It is our desire that when students graduate from Tarrington Lutheran School, they are well equipped to transition into a secondary school environment and continue to seek to make the world a better place for others.

I invite you to book a personal tour to experience life within our school. You can book a time with our Front Office by calling (03) 5572 3897. I look forward to meeting you and discussing how we can support your child on their educational journey.
